Full planning services including due diligence, resource consent, policy analysis, and representation at hearings for Foodstuffs North Island for their New World, Pak’nSave, and Four Square brands.
Bentley & Co. secured resource consent for Foodstuffs North Island’s Pak’nSAVE Highland Park project in East Auckland. On a 15,000m²site along Pakuranga Road, we facilitated the redevelopment of an existing retail footprint into a state-of-the-art supermarket and specialty retail complex featuring nearly 7,000m² of retail space, six commercial units, and innovative design elements such as a dedicated drive-through and click-and-collect system. The development is set to create over 250 new jobs.
For the New World Point Chevalier redevelopment, we obtained resource consent on a 6,500m² site in the town centre for a 2,400m²supermarket, a 2,000m² office above, and a 150m² retail tenancy fronting Great North Road. We successfully navigated complex planning issues to deliver a modern retail and office facility that integrates with an established urban environment.
